1. Read the user-supplied CSV and confirm unique sku_id values. Use sku-facts.csv only when explicitly requested as the practice input.
2. Write UTF-8 copy.csv with columns sku_id,title_zh,title_en,material,size_cm,review_flags. Preserve each input SKU exactly once. Use a CSV writer so commas and quotes remain valid.
3. Preserve material and size_cm exactly. Write titles in Chinese and English from the supplied facts. Certification, warranty and waterproof claims require supplied evidence; record certification_missing when no certification is supplied.
4. Run the supplied read-only checks when available. Return the output path, SKU count and remaining review_flags. Treat generated copy as a draft for factual and language review.
