# Author-written examples, not a recorded interview
Question: Tell me about a time you improved accuracy.
First attempt: I am very careful and I always do my best.
Evidence-led revision: At a 40-person student workshop, I maintained the registration sheet. I found three duplicate rows by checking names and contact initials, asked the coordinator to confirm them, and kept a change log. I learned to explain the check before changing a record.
Follow-up to practise: How did you decide the rows were duplicates? What would you do if two different people had the same name?
