Chat 流式响应块对象

本页说明 Chat Completions 的响应结构。GPT-6.1 Sol 的工具调用使用 Responses，其输出结构见创建 Response。

参数	类型	描述
id	string	聊天完成的唯一标识符。每个块具有相同的 ID
choices	array	聊天完成选项列表。如果 n 大于 1，可以有多个选项
created	integer	创建聊天完成的 Unix 时间戳（秒）。每个块具有相同的时间戳
model	string	生成完成的模型
system_fingerprint	string	该指纹表示模型运行的后端配置
object	string	对象类型，总是 chat.completion.chunk
